I’m excited to announce the third phase of the Dekker Development program offered exclusively for our club! Starting the week of March 31st, the speed & agility Spring Block will roll out with registration now live on the club website! Similar to the Fall and Winter Block, this 10-week program is designed to improve the athlete’s speed & agility, balance, coordination and power, as well as overall physical literacy. Through data-driven testing, specialized coaching, and sport-specific drills, we provide our athletes with a detailed and structured environment not offered anywhere else. As the game evolves, just being a 'good enough' soccer player is no longer enough. This program focuses on enhancing the speed, agility, and overall athleticism necessary to separate your athlete in today's game. (To ensure quality, session spots are limited.) We will continue with our baseline testing measures in weeks one and nine, and have restructured the first three weeks of the program to suit every athlete, regardless if this is their first, second or third block!
